Each piece of equipment gets a QR label. A nurse scans it with a phone and the log for that check opens on one screen, with the fields and valid ranges filled in. Reminders are sent by email. Overdue tasks are escalated to the manager.
Compliance UK does compliance only. It doesn't do rotas, payroll, stock, patient records or NHS UDA contract tracking, it isn't practice management software and it doesn't write bespoke policies.
You can add the certificates, service reports and logs you already have as photos or files. Tag each one to the quality statements it supports. Your policies can start from the pack's templates, with merge fields for the practice's details.
