Dental equipment register
Compliance UK's register covers 11 types of dental equipment. Each item you add gets its own checks and a QR label that opens its log on a phone.

QR labels
Print a label for each item and stick it on. A nurse scans it with a phone camera and the log for that item opens on one screen, with the fields and valid ranges for its check.
The register itself gets a yearly review by default, set up as its own check.
